also what you guys think about the star wheel being bottomed out
even very slight boost will cause it to move to "full fuel", instead of waiting for the turbo to spool. if i back it out i can full fuel after like 10 psi ......when you actually need it.

that might help a little bit. im not sure how much or how little tho

i have mine bottomed and i even softened the boost spring with a torch. a denny T stg 2 for a pin. it sits at fuel fuel at 5 psi or so and soon as it hits 10 it maxes to 40 in about 1 second.

I dont even have the spring in under the DIAPHRAGM and the cone is set to its deepest point with the washer shaved ,set of Bosch performance injectors, pump turned up to 38 psi boost with intake ,exhaust mods. diff. turbo and I still get 17-19 mpg with a 3 speed, if I drive fairly reasonable . 4:10 are killing your mpgs and I think something else is working against you too. but with out seeing how you drive its hard to tell.what injectors are you running?

Valve adjustment, timing set (I'd recommend 1.4mm or so to start), and report back to us. I've had these two things give me 2-3mpg. With the stock auto, I'd also back out the smoke screw, and tighten up the AFC spring tension.

Also, when figuring your MPGs, divide miles driven by gallons used- dont just use the light and figure "x" gallons. It's really not difficult- I've done it since I was 10 or so. .62mi per km; 3.785L per gal.

4.10's and under size tires are going to kill your mileage no matter how you drive it, also 4x4 and duals = added rolling and wind resistance.

How many RPM's are you turning at 65 MPH, you are way out of the power band for any efficiency
A Gear Vendor over/ under would be helpful.

My mileage drops off if I drive 70 MPH and I have 3.07 gears, yours would be screaming like driving 150 MPH

Are you using winter fuel?
