ok first off thank you for all the response guys. :cool

lets get into details

truck has original 110850 miles
air filter may need cleaning i havnt checked for a month .....will do first think tomorrow.
iam at 25 psi boost at WOT stock turbo
i have the fuel pin (pdr cut) at maximum depth-the starwheel is bottomed out and the pin wear on the fuel pin is at the deepest.
3200 gov spring

the injector nozzles were installed less than 10000 miles ago
1040175 Injector Kit - 1991-1993 Dodge 40hp from BD
i do get a haze at idle and it does smoke if you stomp it

i have not done a reset on the valves
the tranny is stock...so i know with stock tourqe converter shifts fine with OD

when on the hiway trying to get good milage i kept it under 70mph. and kept my foot 3/4 to the floor or LESS.doing my best to keep the boost below 15 psi
Rpm does not seam excessive maybe like 2200-2400

was on winter fuel and iam CANADIAN EH!!!!!!Kamloops BC wasnt that cold when calculating milage but its very cold now -18*

i fill up...from what i read 30 gallon tank.....it takes like 95litres and i run till the lights on then 5-8 miles more
330-345 miles per $90 dollars canadian

I have not been able to get my autometer tach with the stupid inducer current thing on the alternator working...and now have found the link to the factory tach wiring under the colum....will do it soon

The truck has stock tires on it..245/75/16.....the lift is sitting in the garage .waiting on the rig wheels

i am busy at work and **** x mas wont be able to mess with it till first wek of jan.

Found it! My 30 gallon tank says low fuel with about 7 gallons left in the tank. That puts you at around 15 mpg. That sounds a little better, with mods, AT, cold weather/blend. My closer to stock 5-speed doesn't get much better.

Where is the smoke screw set?

schamran, every truck is different when it comes to the fuel light. mine comes on with about 7 gallons left but my old mans comes on with 2 left

Okay, wasn't aware. I know the speedos are all different too. I think I would check the miles with a gps or something, and I would convert litres to gallons to figure mileage. The point I was trying to make, is that the mileage will look awful if you assume that you put 30 gallons in the tank. My tank only has 25 useable gallons of fuel. Ask me how I know. lol

Not really, all you do is add some 0's and move the decimal place( I still havn't figured it out)

Lucas, I meant the smoke screw on the top of the AFC, An easiy way to check if your ODO is correct is to check it with the mile markers on the side of the road. Do you have mile markers in Canadia?
