That is a cool chart. I've seen that same one at the local fuel injection shop I've bought parts from. Something to read at the counter while they're gathering the parts you came in for .

that Pro 52 actually sounds like a decent turbo. Anyone ever ran one? I've never really heard of that one either

I agree...on a 1st gen, this seems quite laggy. On a new 6.7 it may be fun!

Hmmm. Interesting. A 66 mm on my '06 was very touchy as a daily driver, and required alot of care to not black out the interstection taking off. Towing was possible, but required 2200 rpm plus. This was with a tuned common rail and 640 hp. A 71 mm would've been a nightmare.

How do you control smoke with that large of a turbo and daily driving?

Its an Aurora 5000 but I'm not sure what size housing it has. I've looked on the housing but haven't really seen anything. Its from the 3000/5000 setup. I'm guessin its .85 A/R housing just by looking at what ATS offers in housings and how quick it spools as a single.

Cruisin down the highway at about 65 it'll run at about 3-5 lbs and 600-800 egts depending on grade and wind etc. Once it hits 15 lbs you better hang on, thats when it really comes on hard. I've really enjoyed it and its not very laggy for its size. If I am at a dead stop and punch it will smoke a lot and take a while to wind up with no afc. But if I drive like a normal person and get into it slower then its easily streetable and won't smoke at all.
