High Flow banjo bolts

I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find high flow banjo bolts for first gen's. Geno's garage only has one's for second gens. Didn't a place called Wildcat diesel.........or something like that........have them? Can't find the place on the web.........

Anyone now anything about it?

thanks

jeff

You can do a search. I recall a thread here a while back saying Wildcat Diesel no longer exists.

Have you tried Piers? If they don't have them, they may be able to point you in the right direction.

The ones Geno's sells will work on our 1st gens. That is where I bought mine. Even if you called them, you'd get the deer in the headlight look. They'd say something like, 'well nobody buys them for 1st gens, so I don't know if they work'. But yes they work. Or you can drill out your old ones. I like new, buy ya some new seals from Geno's too. Get a drilled and tapped banjo if you ever wanna test fuel pressure or run a FP gauge, and get one regular banjo- small head banjo. Buy 4 of the sealing washers, one for each side of each banjo.

Anybody know what size the banjo bolts and the flare fitting on the injection pump inlet are? I'm planning to switch to the piston lift pump, but I'd like to replace the hard lines and banjos with -6 hose for better flow. Saturday's dyno sheets looked like the injection pump was starving for fuel after 2500 RPM.

Am I blind, or is the part number for the piston type lift pump not in our tech fact section?

When you hook everything up, you might want to stick a fuel pressure gauge on the truck, too, Dave. Though I know that you are "gauge averse"

I'll let the next dyno run tell me how the fuel pressure is.

Nope your not blind...I must have overlooked them and not put them in. If someone will send me the part numbers for the pump, lines etc. I will post them in the part numbers section.

Thanks Dave!

I've got a lot of extra fuel down low if that'll help you out.
