High beam / turn signal / wiper

Can some one explain the difference between intermittent and pulse wipers.

I now I need to replace my high beam switch because my head lights only come on when I pull it back like I was changing between high and low.

Any way rock has to option one is pulse other is intermittent.

Thinking I need the middle one.

Thanks

If the wipers work and the dimmer don't, were it ME, I would clip the head-light wires at the column and route them through a floor-mounted DIMMER-SWITCH, screwed to the floor, WHERE DIMMERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE.

Three bucks for a dimmer-switch, a couple sheet-metal screws, and a couple foot of wire.
