Ok, Got the battery thing taken care of on my 93 W350 4x4. The steering gear had some play so I chhanged that out, and broke the lines in the process. Ordered from the Dodge dealer, the pressure line fits perfect but the nut on the return line is one size to big where it threads into the gear. Local dealer says that is the line it takes by VIN....even oreder a second one to make sure we didnt have a mis-tagged part. Does anyone have the part number for the return line?

Sounds like your truck has a box off an older Dodge on it. The older boxes had SAE threads, later models were metric.

Same thing happened to me. I just used the old high pressure line for the return line and stuck a piece of rubber hose on the line where it was broke. Not knowing where yours is broken at I don't know if that will work for you.
