Help identify this truck

I found this truck for sale on autotrader and the owners says it a diesel. I can't tell by the pics and was wondering if anyone on here could say if it is for sure.

Yes it looks diesel, I can see the red letters above the "Power Ram" emblem on the fender, they are real small letters. Look like Dana 60 "Selectro" lockouts too, Definetly an 89 or 90.

You can also see the block heater plug hanging out of the passenger side lower cutout of the grille.

Any idea what the tow rating is for this truck? It is an auto, not sure about gears.

Stock, 4-5000 pounds shouldn't be too bad. Put a good aftermarket torque converter in it for anything more or any distance.

if it's an Automatic it has 3.07 gears in it no matter what, due to it not having overdrive. Only a 3spd auto in 89-91
