Help! Headlights

I tore out my fusible links and installed inline fuses. I installed my h4 headlight housings and silverstar bulbs about a week ago with no problems till now, I keep blowing the headlight and running lights fuse. Altenator spiking voltage? Short? What could it be? I run All LED lights

does your truck have the voltage regulator on the fire wall,,,if it does thats probably whats making the surge,,or at least that was what was wrong with mine,,also check your ground from the battery to the core support that was broken on my truck and it would burn up voltage regulaters and blow my headlights ,,,,goodluck,,,

I would bet that if you installed the relays for the headlights, that is would help.

Got the altenator tested on the truck it failed with the lights on and passed without the lights on it puts out 14 volts idling and at 3/4 throttle 16.5 the ripple was between 7 and 10
