Help a brother out... part source for clutch hydraulics?
Dang, I can't even remember how long ago it's been since I've been on here... My truck has been sitting under a forest of blackberry vines since 2018, when I was in mid divorce, mid business partnership break up and general chaos in my life, and kept running into one dang thing after another needing fixed, so I bought another truck and figured I'd get back to the Dodge later.
Well, today is that "later"... lol
Dug it out, dropped a new battery in and it fired up like it had been running yesterday. But the clutch pedal goes right to the floor without disengaging the clutch. I see the individual master and slave cylinders on rockauto and other places, but the FSM says that it's supposed to be all serviced as a completely assembled unit, with new line and seals and filled with fluid already.
BUT...
I can't seem to find that as an assembly anywhere I've looked so far. Anyone got a source for that?
Thanks!

You must have a Gen 1. They don,t have a prebuilt combo. There is a small roll pin holding the tube in. However it is still hard to pull the tubing out as it has been in there for a while. If replacing both cylinders you may want to source a new tubing. It is a pain to get the air out.
The gen 2 setup is very close but I have not compared them side by side to see what is different.

Yes, first gen, and I can find the individual cylinders, but not the line, or the full assy. Rockauto has the complete assemblies in the list, but not available. I saw the little pin and figured that was the way, until I looked at the FSM and that said to only replace as a complete assembly.

Inside the firewall you will find a small black pin stabbed into the bracket next to cylinder. Pry it out first as it is a lock to keep the master from turning and popping out. This is a pic of the bracket cut and turned around backwards and upside down. I am transplanting one into a ford highboy. So you will find pin lower left looking at inside of firewall.

So, the thing in the FSM about "must service as a complete assembly," that's not a thing, then? What would I do to replace that line if I can't get it free cleanly? If it's not raining too hard tomorrow maybe I'll see what happens when I try to drive those little pins out and remove the line. Something has to be done, regardless... lol
thanks!
thanks!
