Yeah I could hit 40 lbs when i first put my he351 on too with my stock sticks. If you cant get the wastegate to work, I used a spring (actually the J-hook off the old hy35) and used it so the wastegate would run off drive pressure, and it was opening around 33 lbs. Just an idea if you cant get the wastegate to work. But I've noticed on my truck that it cools a lot better with the wastegate shut.

I just turned my fuel down to where it wouldn't get above 30. I notice at RPMs above 2200 or so if you floor it the boost rockets up... It it nice and controllable below that. I don't have the 3200 GSK either, but that would be a terrible combo, more fuel at higher RPMs. 2600 stock spring it is for me.

i took 92smokin blacky's idea with the spring, got some from pepboys and said more about it here > Tuning the new turbo
