have charging issues

have charging issues
ok my 89 dodge is not charging can not figure out y both blue and green wires both have power on voltage regulator or i need 2 no were i can get wireing diagram

There is a wiring diagram in the sticky that will work for what you want to see.

The only thing I can think of is that you connected something wrong when you changed the alt. Only the blue wire should be hot.

whats the sticky and i went trew the wires and d i dont think thers any wrong connections

Are they both hot when running or engine shut off?
