Put some anaerobic sealant on the turbo oil drain, after scraping the old gasket off completely.
You can get new rear output seals at the local parts store. Just make sure to torque your yoke on there tight enough- basically as much as your 1/2in drive impact has, or a 3ft cheater pipe on your breaker bar.

We used a good 3/8" impact and got it torqued to the spec that alldata recommends. I replaced the seal when we went through it all, but my bro cant remember if he oiled/greased it or not. Will dig into it tomorrow if I have the time. Ill try the anaerobic on the turbo drain. THanks.

I dont know what the anaerobic sealant is, but when I put my WH1C on I tried using the blue RTV. NO good. The oil just went right past it. U can use a seal from any year 89-02 CTD. Its only like 2.50 from dodge.

I have known ALLDATA to be wrong from time to time.
Cowboy- Anaerobic sealant is the cat's meow, man. It is GREAT stuff. It looks like grape Jelly, and seals almost instantly. It doesnt set up til oxygen (from the air) is taken away (thus ANaeirobic, meaning "without air"), unlike silicone which hardens as soon as its exposed to air, and needs overnight to set up. The Anaerobic will be next to the Loctite thread locker in your local parts store.
Silicone is for stone age mechanics. It has a few uses, like securing the plastic behind the door panels, sealing out water under the windshield molding, etc.

Not questioning you, but have you tried alldata pro. Its the TSB, spec, and general repair log taht dealerships use. I have access via a friend, and its real handy. The torque spec was something like 230, so that is the max of many impacts.
