Grrr Teachers
Anywho as some of you read a while back oil was leaking in to me turbine, well a teacher told me to just replace the seal in it, so i pull it a part and run the truck with no turbo, i didnt see any oil coming out of the manifold so i started to tear the turbo apart, now im in Diesel Perfromance, and diagnositic and the teacher in the said thell leak every once in a while and you cant replace the seals, and i told him what my truck was doin and he said to advance the timing, Im confused. All i know is i have low power, and it sounds like an 2clye tractor. I have a line on a 91 engine, id just put my head on it and what not but hes givin me the run around. so well see, if anyone can shed light on my situation id be greatful. Or if anyone have a good block just the block i dont need anything else.

So you've rebuilt the turbo, reinstalled and now it sounds like a 2 cyl tractor? Did it sound this way prior to pulling and rebuilding the turbo?
I see no reason to buy the 91 engine, you shouldn't have anything wrong with your bottom end. All it ever was, was a headgasket right?

no it sounded like a 2cly before pullin the turbo, the turbo is still sittin in the dmax here at school., I blows a lot of white smoke, its like the fuel wont light, it doesnt have anypower. The only thing i changed when i put the headgasket back on was i put smaller washer under the injectors.
