Can anyone tell me what is required to swap a 77-78 grill into a 72?

You might want to look at my 2wd Ramcharger build. As I detail making a '76 grille fit a '78.

Quick overview:
Move headlight buckets to fit new grille.
Procure lower valence that does not have turn signals in it.
Swap around wiring for turn signals.
Maybe modify the core support for new turn signal wiring and location of holes for said wiring.

I don't think "swap" is the proper terminology, more like a modification!

But the end result is worth the effort. Hard to beat those 73-78 grills.
