Got a price for a HTT 3 and 12 housing

New stage 3 housing and60 mm wheel and a rebuild 12cm wastegated housing for $405 shipped, sound like a fair price. I bought my injectors from themso I have dealt with them before.

So they want around $180 shipped for the 12 cm WG housing? Or this is a rebuilt turbo?

Should be $198 for the Stg III upgrade - how much for the turbine housing? Does that include shipping? I'm curious because I was going to order the same combination from them.

How do you rebuild an exhaust housing?

I wouldn't pay that much for the exhaust housing.

Perhaps they rebuilt the wastegate actuator assembly.

I guess it's time for you to laugh at me after our early PMs, huh? I thought that you could adjust the wastegate for different boost levels - am I wrong or is my newbiness shining through here.

Oh no, I wasn't laughing at you man! I was just trying to make a joke regarding what a rebuilt housing might consist of.

That's kinda high for the housing. If it's got a new actuator on it that's set to a decent pressure it's not too bad. Those housings used to be as common as dirt (I got one for free a few years ago), but they are getting a little harder to find.

If you go for it, make sure that they will take it back if you find any checks before you install it.

No worries, I can handle a lot or ribbing - you should try and spend a day in my office.

By 'checks' I assume that you mean nicks or gouges inside the housing?

This housing looks a little shaky but is it worth the money? How much would it be for a new wg aculator?
