Got my junk dyno'd today

First run, tow tune, (pump maxxed, timing 1/16 advanced, ksb connected)

331hp and 725 lb/ft.

2nd run, full advance, no ksb.

388 hp and 798 lb/ft.

This is done with stock non i/c sticks, super 40, minor head work (20 over head gasket), and a carter 4601hp that pushes 8psi at wot.

Dyno was a dynocom dyno. Runs were in 5th gear.

My sheets are in my truck, i cant remember the rpms those power numbers were at...

Power ran out by 3200... Gotta do some more fiddling with that to get some more rpms out of her...

Thought 50 hp for a timing bump was quite nice! BUT, im pretty sure I can get that last 12 hp with a little bit of tuning... Bwhahaha!

I did grind a special pin and take some low end fuel out of it today and I did wash the crap out of the motor today and it seem to run a lot better.

Impressive. So you went from a 1/16" bump to the head and got 57hp and 73ft-lb?? Wow. Almost 400hp on stock non IC sticks is nice! I gotta hook up my Carter pump now! Congrats

Nice, do you have an IC and how much manifold pressure were you at? What clutch do you have?

Thats a ton of power for stock non IC sticks!!! Like 80whp more than anyone I've ever heard of. I'm def curious what all you did to the head and pump to get that much fuel out of stock injectors.

This does give me some hope that I could make alot of power with the DDP4's.....LOL

2nd gen cooler, and piping. Somewhere around 40 psi. Couldn't really see. South bend 350 hp clutch.

Yes you can.

I have heard of 400 rwhp with non i/c sticks, but that was on a dynojet. The head i gave a minor bowl blend, and cleaned up the sharp edges. I didnt take out a lot of material. The manifold I ported just to match up the holes. The pump is maxxed with a m5 fuel pin, clipped 3200 gov spring, full throttle travel mods, and ground a bit out of the afc lever.
