What kind of flanges do these larger turbos use? I love researching turbos.

The 3b, hx60 and your run of the mill S400 will have a T6 flange. You can get the S400's in a T4 also. I've got an idea for a set of twins, but not sure how it would work. I think it would be similar to the BD tow set up. I'm thinking an he351 over a John Deere 173157.

The 173157 uses a 7-blade Extended Tip compressor wheel w/ 66mm inducer & 91mm exducer rated at 82lb/min. 4" Ported shroud Inlet, 3" outlet compressor housing. Turbine side is a 79mm inconel turbine wheel on a 4340 steel shaft. It uses a .91 A/R T4 twinscroll turbine housing" <- copied from another site.

This setup should spool lighting fast and more then cool the 450-500 RWHP the ve is capapble of. And yes I know the VE is capapble of more, but that seems to be the target range for most.
