Go Fast parts
I just bought a 1992 Dodge D350 2wd reg cab with a flat bed for a $1000. Its a good truck the only problem with it is the tranny is stuck in third gear. I just thought that I aould start by looken for some go fast parts now so that I can start planing on what I want to do to it.I would like to put a bigger turbo on it off of like a 03 or 04 dodge and I want to put some injectors on it and I had planned on make a custom intake and exhaust for it but what i need to now is where to get a 3200 governer spring and a power pin.I bought the truck just for a play truck and a farm truck and would like to get about 300hp out of it so any help would be nice thanks

3200 spring from dynomite diesel or from bosch. the power pin can be had by dennyT on here or from bullydog (not so much as good, a little on the soft side i hear) or from dynomite diesel.

Denny T is good for me!!!
The DENNY T stage II is WAY more aggresive! It has a much deeper cut to allow even more fuel than the stage I. I have ran both and they work GREAT for me!
Just send Denny T a PM and he'll hook ya up!
P.S. I had a Bully Dog pin and it was as soft as butter. Waste of money.

quick question.........buying a modifed fuel pin and sticking it in a stock pump what can a guy expect? Or is the moded fuel pin only helpful if the fuel is turned up and the gov. spring is done?

Why would anyone pay that much money for a dennyt or a bullydog or banks or any other pin??...what do those expensive pins have that you cant grind in your garage??? like whats the difference??

the stock pin is really limited the denny t or any other aftermarket pin gets you more fuel bottom line. think about it you can only really grind so much off because its concentric and is the center of the pin but really if the pin was a solid peice of stock with the notch cut in it then u can have the pin that rides on it come out even further because its got more to cut off of the acutual fuel pin itself. PHEWWW long explanation but there you go

because its concentric
as far as
Why not remove the AFC for free? Then you don't need no stinkin pin
I love horsepower BUT I also haul very heavy loads from time to time and the removal of fuel governing parts from the pump would be a headache in those instances.

I read in 1stgen.org that KTA used a roller pin from a bearing as the pin that rides on the fuel pin. I don't know the technical name. I am going to do some research into it w/ my spare pump. It was a longer pin to take full advantage of the AFC. If anyone else knows more about what I'm "trying" to talk about maybe you can clear up the details.
