Getrag thumping??

My truck has a thump when I'm driving it. It seems to be worse in some gears than others. Sometimes does it in neutral and pushing the clutch in makes it go away when not moving.

I'm pretty sure something is loose but it's done it since I've had it.

Is it actually the Getrag and if so what is it. Could it be the pilot bushing I hear about being mushroomed?

It may be the pilot bearing, mine was toast and so was the throw out bearing so i replaced both with a clutch kit.

Input shaft was good on mine! Yours may not be,mine just rattled (NO THUMPING!)

O and when i put the new pilot bearing in it was a litte loss(it didn't press in like it should) so i got some high "temp" lock tite and intalled the bearing(bushing) into the flywheel!
