Get this thing street legal?
What do you think it would take to get this thing on the road? Is it worth it?

You probobly have to lengthen the frame in order to accept a bed and it looks like it might need some other things. I don't know if it's worth it or not. Depends on how much time you have on your hands to work on it.

Those tugs don't have very street friendly gears...think over 6:1 or deeper. You'd have to run 40'' rubber to do 60mph. The real issue is the short wheelbase. If you could get it up to speed, it would be horribly unstable with the tendancy to spin like a toy top on the front bumper...of course, I still want one!

this isn't very relevant, but a friend of mine say if you thump the throttle just right you can pop the front wheel off the ground (he's army reserves at and AFB) actually said he snapped a front spring messing around like that, lol. (can't veryify if it can actually be done though)

Do those things even have a rear suspension?
I would only buy one of them as a donor, as was said before it's just too dang short.
edit: The hours are nice and low. It would make a good donor rig.
