Gen one wheel fitment

Just want to verify prior to purchasing wheels. For my 1983 ram w350 4wd, I understand gen 2 is about the best alternative with perhaps having to use spacers in front, some say you do other say you don't.
Also anyone know what lug nuts are needed? and perhaps the part number? Thanks so much for your help.

The 94-98ish Dodge wheels fit ok. Newer than that the extra offset needs 'cancelling' with spacers.

A better fit is 92-97 F250/350 wheels.

I use Jeep or Dakota lug nuts (bulged base). Otherwise the hex on the stock nuts will dig into the larger wheel holes and shave off metal.
