Fuel Screw on the VE pump

Okay guys, I'm tryin to replace the 3200 spring on my 92 and I guess the place that sent it to me forgot to put the instructions in, so does anyone have any pics or anything on how to do this? Also, where exactly is the fuel screw? I'd like to maybe turn it up a lil more sence I have the Gillet stage III upgrade... Thanks for everyone's input ahead of time!!!

I'm an idot, I didn't look at which way the fuel pin was facing and now I can only get 10 pounds of boost as to before I was getting 28 pounds. I placed the pin, the the tapered edge facing forward toward the front of the truck. How is this supposed to be faced? Please HELP I miss my power!

You want the deep side to the front.

Theres a small dot on the top of the fuel screw diaphram thing. Stock the dot is facing the engine.

If you have an aftermarket pin, you want the cut side to face front. If it's a stock pin, the cone is offset on the pin, so you want the deepest side of the pin facing front.

2 things: Throttle lever is clocked wrong or you didn't put the fuel screw back in as far as it was.

Okay, as I'm look down into the pump I'm lining the tapered edge up with that hole... As far as the throttle linkage, I didn't mess with it just poped in off and then back on... Can I shorten it to make it respond a lil better?

You had to pull the throttle lever off the throttle shaft. You are likely to be off a spline.

The cut side of the pin needs to face the front of the truck. I don't know how to say it more clearly.

Sorry to bug ya'll again, but I put the stock pin back in facing forward and I got the stock 23lbs of boost again, but noticed when I went to pull it back out it was a lil stubborn, and the after market pin isn't but was stubborn the first time I pulled it out, so I don't think I'm getting the pin as deep, but don't understand how that can be because I'm doing and did the smae thing I did when I put the stock pin back in...

Same thing happened to me took stock pin out put bully dog pin in had no power and no boost. Took the bully dog pin out and noticed it was a little sticky I just run some fine emerycloth on the pin and I dont think I had the cut side of the pin facing exactly forward so I moved it little one way tried it again still no power so I took it out again and moved it the other way a littlle more then it had tons of power. I think there is a very fine line to were the pin needs to be exactly forword.
