Fuel pin finishing grind
Is the surface left by the diamond tip Dremel bit smooth enough to not snag whatever is riding on the pin?
Is there a special stone to smoothen the ground surface to match the finish of the rest of the stock fuel pin? Where can i get it?

The 1 time I did it, I used a regular angle grinder and a vise. Diamond tip is fine.
The key is a few very light finishing passes on whatever you use. Take it from an ex-machinist.

I just use a dremel with the little sanding wheel thingy. My dremel came with what looks like an 80 grit paper for it. Works dandy.
I usually take the majority of the material off with a 4 1/2" grinder first to save time. then clean it up and do the fine tuning of the profile with the dremel. works perfect
