fuel filter stud
Anyone have the part number or know if it is still available? Someone before me messed up the slot in the stud and over tightened it. I created my own tool out of a piece of flat stock and modified an large drag link socket but still can't get the thing off. if i can get a replacement stud i was going to see if i can stick a vice grip on it and turn it out or make the slot deeper.

Go to ace and get 2 16x 1.5 metric nuts... Carefully cut one in half with a cutoff wheel. I put mine in the vice. *if left whole they are to thick to both fit* screw them on then tighten them both down against each other, then you can use the top nut to spin out the stud.
