Front Yoke ujoint combo?

I have been doing some research and came up with an idea to solve my front driveshaft problems of tearing off the straps. I called Randys ring and pinion to make sure they have this combo. I am wanting to convert the front yoke on the differential to a Forged 1350 ubolt style yoke. Use a conversion universal Joint (spicer 460X I think) to connect it to the stock driveshaft with a 1310 yoke.

Would this conversion work in real life or am i just dreaming?

I was told by Petersons 4 wheel drive to take my stock yoke and drill it to accept a u bolt instead of the straps. I had blown one and replaced it. I left it alone cause I am easy on it in 4 wheel drive. She doesn't have to work anymore.

Technically on 89-92 front yokes it is a 7260 series; very similar to a 1310.
The 93 model year came with larger 7290 yokes; very similar to a 1330.
All these years use a 5R style cv, which is close in strength and size to a 1330.
