Front pinion angle issues, never read about this before

I'm thinking if his pinion angle is out that far, then the caster has to be out also (leaning toward the rear too much) unless both axle tubes spun in the pig which is highly unlikely. I would reshim it to specs and see how it drives, its a minimal expense buying some shims and putting 'em in. It's no good the way it is.

So bigger yokes like 1410's would allow more clearance and possibly solve my clearance issue?

Truck wears tires even and drives great as it sits. Doesn't even really have any bump steer.

I agree with Biltit, I would try shims first, easy and cheap fix.
I have driven lots of Skyjacker lifted '72-'93 Dodge trucks with the shims under them and they drive pretty well.
The change in castor angle is very small, the truck still wants to return to straight ahead after a turn.
It does have some bump steer with a big lift, but you will get that with or without the shims.
I am thinking about checking out a ORD crossover steering kit on my crew with a 6 inch lift.
