Front Pass. Leaf spring sag=2"s
Okay, so I'm getting tired of getting out of my truck and walking around to the passenger side, and noticing the that passenger side is lower, I'm always expecting to see a flat tire. But, it's never flat.
Today, (yah, it took me a while to get to this step) anyway, today, I took a couple of measurements and noticed that the driver side fender is 2"s higher than the passenger's fender.
Now, don't laugh/judge but what I think I'm going to do is add a 2" block between the springs and the axle housing on the passenger side to make both sides the same height.
That would be the most cost efficient method for fixing this.
What do you guys think? Is the suspension already ruined or can it go another 5+yrs?

Do not put a suspension block in the front suspension! It is dangerous, you can spit the block out from under the spring while cornering due to lateral forces, i.e., the body trying to go one way and the front axle steering the other. I know that the factory put blocks in the rear, but the rear suspension reacts differently than the front in a corner. If you want to even up the sides, the only safe way to do it is with new springs.

x2 don't put a lift block in the front. It is actually considered illegal in most if not all states.
You could get some longer ubolts and a longer center bolt and ad a extra leaf or 2 to give some lift, but this definitely won't help ride quality.

x3 do you have any broken leaves? also count the number on both sides, should be same, if not someone was trying something with the pack. did it ever carry a plow? how does the arc of the top leaf look-- is it even with the drivers side. probably a broken spring or your mounts that the spring attach to could be bent or rotten and collapsing. could also be a bent frame. study and compare left and right it should show you what is the problem.take careful notes.

get new leaf springs
odds are both sides are shot and replacing them is the best option. you could get the leafs re-curved but it wont last long and itll have to be done/replaced again anyhow. ill balance things out and help your ride out a lot.
I know its not the cheapest option but its the best, IMHO

I'm glad I asked about this before adding the 2" block.
Are the leaf springs still available? Do they make some that soften the ride or is that mainly in the rear suspension?
