front cab mounts loose.

the two cab mounts under the radiator, that have studs that are bolted into the front crossmember, are loose, one is so bad i can flick it and it rattles around. I think the washers must of broken off, i can see rust marks where they should be. I was thinking i could just back the nut off and put a new washer on, but no, it looks like i will only damage the rubber mount. Any advise on either new mounts(looks like i have to pull the radiator) or some jimcrack method of getting those nut's off? all my other body mounts are good, i noticed something was wrong last week parked on some off camber, the passenger side was up like 3 inches off the crossmember, , that looks like a good way for something to break while under hard usage.

I had to deal with those when I pulled a core support from a '91 gasser. They're a real pain to get off. The bolts go into a nut with a large washer welded to it (or something to that effect). I had the nut part break off from the washer & had to use vise grips on the nut & the only leverage the vise grips had were the sides of the core support. NOT fun.
If you can, grind them off & get some new bolts/nuts.
I'm no help on bushings, I re-used the stock style ones.

I just put a urethane kit from PST in there. Mine were all bolts, no studs.

Try contacting these guys. http://www.espo.com/ I've gotten leaf spring bushings from them before and they are great to deal with.
