ALL cummins and w350 gas trucks have the 60 front which is evidenced by manual locking hubs, the trucks with 44 fronts (gassers) have a vacuum central axle locking mechanism.

Any questions?
THE DANA 60 IN OUR DODGES USE A 2AND 9/16 NUT, IT IS NO SPECIAL TOOL

once you get the nut off you still need the tool to adjust the bearings properly.

You have the old external hub setup and are correct for your truck. The internal hub trucks to requre a special drive socket like we are talking about.

PEOPLE, YES, CHEVY AND DODGE TOOLS ARE THE SAME (most likely ford is too) just follow danas design changes and all will be fine, OWN BOTH CHEVY AND DODGE INTERNAL 60 FRONTS, HAD BOTH APART. 77-80 chevy 60 fronts did have a different 6 pronged socket.

NO, 2 9/16 axle nut socket DOES NOT WORK ON A 60 FRONT 91-93, it is a special 4 pronged tool, the nut is not 6 sided.

I think I found the socket at NAPA.
I borrowed one from one of our mechanics.
I still have to check to see if it fits, once I do I will check back

Here is the link to the socket that he gave me.
Part number is K-D 3246
