Flying to Michigan

Anybody in the Alpena Michigan area ? I'm flying up there Sept 24. Actualy I'm flying to Flint, Driving to Muskegon for a day then off to Houthon Lake (spell?) then to Alpena for 3or4 days. Anybody in the area have some free time maybe we could meet up for a beer or coffee. : Tell a few old reride stories.

Bring your fishing pole!! Your hitting 2 of our bigger ponds (Lake Michigan and Lake Huron), and Houghton lake ain't that small either!! Seriously, if can swing it, catch a day charter for some salmon fishing, you'll have a blast. Kevin

When your going from Muskegon to Houghton Lake, let me know. I work in Rockford (north of Grand Rapids), and commute from Bristol (south of Cadillac). Your best route will be M-46 to 131 North to M-55. I'm on that stretch of 131 every day. Lots of nice little coffee stops.
