I made 297 through my auto with basically the same set up and less timing. I even have the stock lift pump. My only difference is my S300 turbo. I bet the H1C is killing you with the 3 inch exhaust outlet. I am running 34 psi to get 300 to the ground. I also went on a mustang load dyno. My 93 with the upgraded H1C is boosting 45 psi to make 301 hp with a standard. I would say the drive pressure is the major difference. I'm going to buy another S300 or Super HX 40 for the 93. The 60mm H1C has to go.

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?

How about head work?

It looks like it cleans up pretty good once the turbo lit, my hx35/60 would haze pretty good at 45 psi... Is your pump maxxed?

Yes I got a FP guage

No headwork

I am about a 1/8 turn from runaway about 5 turns total, pump is on the head, DenneyT, 4200 gov spring holley black lift pump. I also have a 2nd gen cooler and 3" tubes.

I have been hearing from other guys that have dynoed multiple times before and they have been saying this dyno was reading low. I don't know anything about dynos so I don't know.

Yeah, I just read that thread...

What kind of fuel pressure are you seeing after the filter at wot?

Was your ksb hooked up? were your dyno runs done at full temp?

35 psi? Mine hit 50+ with the 18cm housing with the pump maxxed. Your number seems low to me... Its why I ran the wastegated 12cm... it was overboosting. Kinda leads me to believe i have more fuel, but with the same setup, its kind of hard to believe. I am making 50 psi with a super 40, 3"charge pipes, 2nd gen cooler, and a mild port job. EGT's are still out of control...

Have you looked at the turbine wheel and checked the charge system for leaks?

I think a little power may be made by pulling some of the pre-boost fuel out.

Just my 2c.

And if what everybody is sayin on that other thread, your numbers are still quite respectable.

I see 8-9 psi at WOT.

KSB was not hooked up.

I was at full temp.

I am goin to inspect all of the charge boots and I'll probly pull the turbo off and tear it down and inspect them this week

Eventually I would like to make 400 on the stock N/IC injectors. Is this wishful thinking or can it be done?

Didn't Gear Jammer 91' get over 400hp on stock non ic injectors? I'm pretty sure he did. I think he had like 380ish on fuel and got over 400hp on meth, I'm not totally sure on numbers so don't quote me but i'm pretty sure he broke 400hp with stock non ic sticks. I think he had his afc lever removed and an hx40.

I need to get a fuel pressure gauge on mine. I'm pretty sure i'm suckin my pump dry and I think that affected my dyno runs too. Hopefully I can get an Airdog II and a tank sump soon.

Bringing this up from the dead...

Anybody know what Gear Jammer 91's parts/tune combo is? Curious cause my dyno number was the exact same... HP anyways...

I believe he was running an HX40, stock sticks, and no AFC lever with an adjusted pump and that about it I think.
