My fan idler bearing went out and was able to locate a replacement bearing from Applied Technologies in Wichita, KS 316-946-1133 bering number is NTN brand # DF0766LLUACS32 it was 44.00.

This was off a 1st gen truck, so if the idlers are all the same its far cheaper to do the bering than the whole assy.

 

The Cummins pn for the fan hub bearing for a non-intercooled engine is 3910734. Don't know if they are all the same though. ~$81.

 

I dont know if the IC and Non-IC truck are the same either, but mines IC and 44.00 sounded good to me.
