Front sheet metalwill bolt up. Don't know yet if there is a difference in core supports. Cross member under the engine is the same. Tranny cross member will work, but might need to move. if you choose to move it all over, the whole dash will fit the earlier cab. Good luck. Welcome to the club.

You can do a search of the forum, do an advanced search, enter "4 door conversion" without the quotes, select to search only in the 1st gen forum

You should come up with hours of reading. Some are regarding wants and wishes, others have some good information in them.

In regards to other questions, you can search the same way - such as 93 grill 85 body etc.

In short, much of the parts do bolt up, but in some cases it might not be directly. Best to do a search than rely on my memory this late in the evening. :-)

Everything from the 92 should bolt right back into the crewcab when I did the swap on mine I had to elonggate the drives side motor mount on the cross memeber and I believe re drill the holes for the tranny cross member but Everything from the dash foward was 93 on mine heater/air box wireing and fender's grill all bolted right back up I will dig through some of my photo's if you want to send me a pm with your e mail address i will try and get you some pic's .
