exhaust housing size?

I am just getting around to being able to work on my truck after the accident. So on sunday i took the turbo assembly off my 92,to put on my 93.When i got it off i check the numbers on the back side of the exhaust housing to see what they said,as i was told when i bought the truck that it had a 16cm2 housing.well the numbers stamped on it are 23m7 and then there are some other number stamped on it 1045910. Can anybody tell what these numbers mean?
Thank-you
Lee

My understanding is that the numbers are cast into the housing on the inside just above the mounting flange. At least that's the way my 18 and my 16 are.

Some one on this sight had a link to a sight that crosted the part mumbers and i though that it was in the...look here first... but i can't find it if it is there!

If you hold the housing like it's bolted to the ex manifold, it will be on the fire
wall side of the housing If it's a 16 or a 18(18.5) Holset it will be cast in to the housing!

Hope this helps

It might be one of the aftermarket 16's. If you can't find the number on the backside that's probably why.
