Dually side marker lights and horn inop

The horn and the side marker lights on the dually fenders are inop...aren't these both on the same circuit?? Do I need to add more grounds or what.??

Relay was new..

side markers are on tail light circuit, it be at the back where they plug in, check ground back there, horn first thing pull horn cover off, it just snaps on, touch two wires together. if it honks bad switch if it doesnt check the hot see if you have power.

The clock spring may be bad, too.
