Hello I need a little help I have the 3 inch thick 93 dodge service manual and can not find the codes I did the key on and off trick and got #12 only I think it is charging system can any tell me what that code is or tell me where in the manual it is thanks for any help

12 is a 'no' fault. It just means that the controller is functioning without faults.

Also the check engine light is on and the amp. gauge is danceing will run the truck again after I switch the ecm and check codes again

I have had good luck with going to:

Not truck specific, but gives fault codes and some help with troubleshooting.
