Unless it's untaxed, then it's red.

which drum?
I'm gathering parts to re do the rear brakes on my 250. The drums come in lots of widths, from 3.5-3.77-4.4..... Without taking mine totally off to measure, how can I tell which I need? I know the stock shoe is 2.5, I'm thinking of going to the 3" shoe while I'm at it. The stuff on my shopping list is the spring kit, right and left adjusters, new drum, and shoes.

thats what I used on mine. If you still have the ABS hooked up I would reccomend going to 1 1/16 wheel cyls also. BUT if you have the ABS bypassed might want to stick with the stock sized wheel cyls as the increase in braking force in the rear can make things a bit squirrely in the rain/snow (this is the boat I`m in, ABS will be working for this winter hopefully).
