I took my 89 to the drag strip and it is really bone stock with a 5 spd. It ran a best time of 20.3 secs in the 1/4 mile. I thinka corvair or bug could beat it, but that was also almost 200,000 miles ago haha

I towed my buddy's 55 chevy pickup to the strip in ubly,mi last saturday. When we got there, I unhooked the 30' trailer and then ran my truck all day. My best run was 15.7 in the 1/4. Did I mention that I have dueler m/t's on it for tires still? Lot's of fun and got some looks!!
