Do I have enough fuel?

I just got done setting my truck almost back to stock. I have a reman ip that hasn't been messed with and new 40hp injectors. I still have my 60mm h1c compressor with the stock 18.5 housing that I haven't put on yet. My question is, do I have enough fuel to spool the 60mm wheel? If so what kind of boost numbers will I see?

I think you will be fine. Not sure about boost, cause there are too many variables, but my guess would be 25-30 psi.

What John said. You will have no problem spooling the 60mm wheel.

60mm will spool about the same as stock or even faster.

Yes you will, that is what I have on my 91 except I have a 16cm house on the H1C. I get 32psi with my modest pump settings. With stock settings and pin, probably low to mid 20's.

Sorry for bringing my thread back from the dead but im barely getting around to putting this turbo on and have another question.

My pump is still stock and im getting 19mpg empty with 400 to 650f cruising egts. I searched and found people are running 650-900f empty and nothing on mileage. The way I understand is the higher the temps are the more fuel your burning. So what I want to know is what is everybody running mpg and egt wise before and after the swap? I know I need to stop thinking it over so much and go for it but I also want to keep my truck cool towing and not lose what I have when empty.

The biggest influence on your MPG's is your right foot. That 60mm will help your engine stay cool when towing, and empty it's up to you. I say put it on and see what you get. If you don't like it take it back off.

Your cruising EGTs will go up with bigger turbo wheels. They are heavier and don't move air as easily when running gently.

You're also at a lower altitude, so you're EGT's may still be low. I would love to have 450-600 cruising EGT's. If I can get 700, I feel lucky.
