The 60 and 70 use the same brakes.

I would say if your rear breaks are worn pretty good then I would definatly upgrade.. Get the brackets on ebay for like 75 bucks and the rest of the parts at the local auto parts.. I have around 300 bucks in mine.. definatly worth it.. I also by passed the Abs junk to..

Ya, I think you just would have to get the calipers that have the parking brake option.. Then maybe fab up a new line or something. Definatly doable..

disks on Dana 70s

the conversion I'm most familiar with is the TSM kit ...

one of the few things actually made for dodge trucks of this era ...

I purchased the tsm kit, same as the egr I believe and I like the brackets a lot better than the cheaper ebay or greatlakes brackets. I am going to install a micobrake hydraulic brake lock and do away with the parking brake cables. The tsm kit is about 350 shipped. I'm about halfway through the install so that's all I can tell for now.

I should have stated that I did not purchase the calipers or flexible hoses with my kit but did get the rotors, which needed the lug holes opened up, and the lugs whittled down to fit the recess in the rotor. They sell appropriate lugs for $50 I think.
