Send DennyT a PM on here and he will get back to you. You won't be disappointed. I got the Stage II in my truck and love it.

does anyone have a estimate of how much HP is gained and how much more black smoke is produced over the stock pin?

I had stock pin and pump turned up and produced a good deal of black smoke even with moderate throttle, with Denny T pin in there the smoke is only at heavy throttle, and a decent amount of increased power. I think i am burning more fuel than wasting it making black smoke now.. I have lots of room to turn the pump up as well .
