Curious to know if this is an easy fix
On my W250, everytime I go for a fuel fill up and leave the pumps, I notice that my OEM fuel in tank guage pointer takes about 20 minutes before it moves from empty (or where ever the pointer was at before fill up) to the full mark. What would cause this?

I have a similar problem, and havent worried about it. As long as it doesnt drop to "E" within the first 100mi, leaving me blind, I dont really care.
That said, I'd think of the float being partly filled with fuel. ALso may be sticking somewhere along the line of travel.
Start simple (cheap) and work yuor way up.

If you do decide to pull out the tank, here's what you're after.
Check the sticky about the big fuel-line upgrade. I've got pics there about removing the level sensor if it'd help.
