Thumbs up Cummins Atlantic is the best

Those folks at the Cummins shop on I-95 in Kenly, NC are the best. They always seem to go out of their way to answer questions and offer advice. Even if they don't have the parts, the Charlotte, NC warehouse has them and they NEVER fail to arrive next morning (though I'm in the same state)!

I gave them the cross reference list for 1989-2002 models someone here emailed me and they were very interested in that as well as taking a look at this site. They copied some of my printouts.

If anyone is interested, I'll be glad to post phone numbers.

Cummins Atlantic told me that for warranty work, our local Dodge dealer sends the Dodge diesels to them, 30 miles away?!

No, Flash, I haven't had any work done there, but the parts folks and the service guys I've spoken to make me seriously consider taking the truck to them, even if it's 30 miles away.

The RV park we're in is about 8 miles from them. I think I'll run down there and talk to them about doing the tap on my KDP.

Hi Nat,
I don't know what their service rate is, but I could find out. I think the fellow I've spoken to in service is Kevin, and Janet in parts is great as well. Heck, they all are!
