I see a lot of people on here tweeking their pumps for more power. There is a lot of great info here. My father has a 1994 that is awesome. He did all of it himself and he and I added a manual oil pressure gauge and manifold pressure gauge to my '92 before we turned it up. We followed the web page in the dodgeram.org site. and brought my boost pressure from about 14 to 22. I would just suggest document EVERYTHING you do in case you have to put something back. One thing my dad came up with I thought was pretty slick. When we got to the part about shaving off that nylon washer, dad looked around and spotted a piece of 1/2" cpvc pipe in his garage. We miked it and it was the same O.D. and I.D. as the nylon washer.We miked the nylon washer,subtracted .090 from that and made one from the cpvc pipe. It worked like a charm and I still have the undamaged original in case I ever need it. I just wanted to share that in case someone wants to shorten the nylon washer but doesn't want to damage the original.
