Converting automatic to 5 sp
My '92 W350 with hydra dec is kinda tired after 500,000+ Kim's bumping over frozen cow pies. It had a NV4500 put in it before I bought it 5 yrs ago. I placed an ad looking for a similar truck to put my deck on but a guy called with a '90 D250 regular cab and a W250 club cab '92. Both are autos and higher milaged. The club cab came from a mine and has a service body. I wouldn't mind the club cab for my deck but my hydraulic pump runs off my PTO. I'd have to convert it to a manual tranny. I'm sure it can be done but how hard is it. I have a wrecked '93 club cab at my disposal as well.( not much left on it) he was asking $6000 for both trucks.

Fly wheel, clutch, bell housing, transmission, transfer case, drive shafts, clutch hydraulics, clutch peddle. Not sure if you need the cross member or not. And cut a hole in your floor.
BTW, the transfer case has PTO plates on it.
