Can somebody I.D. the the tranny for me. I think it is a NV4500. Just want confirmation.
I have the body more lined up, need to adjust the radiator, hook up clutch, Alternator(any input here ford vs dodge),order Borgeson shaft for steering, and finish up body mounts. Not bad for a week worth of work.
Any sugestions/inputs are welcomed.
I am still not sure if I will put the dually tires on or run some 35's.(If I do then the wife wants 35's on her powerwagon )
Thanks for all the support.

i did the swap a few years ago in a 71 ford. on the master cylinder i used the ford and the dodge slave. i used the dodge plastic line, heated it in oil till it was soft and it slid over the ford master cylinder fitting. has worked fine for several years. be SURE TO CLEAN all the oil from the plastic line

The easy way to connect the Dodge clutch cylinder to the Ford master is to push out the little roll pins that hold the lines in the masters.
They will then be a direct swap; simply push the pin back in once the line is swapped.

Would like to know what problems you ran into bolting up the body, if any. Not sure if you still come on here or not. I know a 77 is a different frame, just wondered if the same could be done with a 80-86 or 87-91 body truck, only visa-versa. Dodge body on ford frame.
Thanks
Thanks
