i just bought a 94 3/4 ton with a nv4500. what parts will i need to convert my 91 d350 to a standard? will my driveshaft be the same length? i have a 727 in the truck now. am i gonna have to fabricate mounting brackets for the clutch assembly? ive never done this conversion before and im looking for a little insight on what kind of problems i will run into.

Is you rig 4x4? I am trying to answer these same questions as I want to swap my '93 CTD from auto to manual using a NV-4500 from my '96 V-10 Both are 4x4. Being 4x4 is more difficult due to a Transfercase drop change in '94. Search "nv-4500 swap" or something like that and you will get some info. Good luck.
