With big tires you will always find one tire with a little less room them the eater.

if it has a pulling problem, then i would wary about it, if not............time for more lift or fender trimming!

Yes, despite all the fr. end being perfect (toe, caster, camber, and square with the axles, it still would not line up. It was close enough for most people to probably be satisfied with it, but I'm not most people. I can't explain it. Really doesn't make sense. I just got desperate to point of trying something radical to see what happened and it worked.

OBTW, the steering wheel turns one "eighth" of an turn for each spline on the box shaft. Getting more and more confused in my old age.

check rear axle alignment. mine slipped back on one side needed a quarter turn to go down the road somewhat straight.

I'm gonna take a real close at everything after I get it all apart for the Gear Vendors install next month. I need to reset the rear pinion angle anyway, so it'll have to be all reassembled from scratch. It does "look" OK now though, alignment-wise. The only thing I can figure is that somehow I measured it wrong. Of course when I had time to do this nobody was around to help, so my measurements could be off and maybe it is now straight/square. But that wouldn't explain why it did not line up without cutting out enough room to do it unless the frame is warped.
