Clean UP
How do i get all the oil out of the radiator and overflow? ive drained it completely once and as i type its draining again. Where do i open the block to drain it?
Also what does it mean when you call about a truck and get called back and left a message sayin the truck is still for sale, then call back and the truck has now been sold a week ago?

did you pull the lower radiator hose off?
once you have it all rinsed out pretty good I would fill the system up with water warm up the engine drain it and repeat a few times then fill with coolant.

No, it's not. Your original post was that you had oil and antifreeze all over under the hood. When a cooler fails it's almost always internal. A blown head gasket can spew coolant and oil everywhere, and because the oiling system runs at a higher pressure than the cooling system plenty of oil can get in the coolant.
As far as clean-up goes, just flush everything out as well as you can for now. Once you get 'er back together, flush it some more, even run some soap through to help cut the oil. Once you get clean, non-soapy water you can put in the coolant.

I called tech authority and they sent me out a factory service manual for just under $80. You might ask around. Someone on here probably has the ability to scan the pages for you and make a pdf file to e-mail you. I don't have the capability myself but if someone is bored and feeling charitable maybe they could do it for you.

finally drained my oil after much procrastation cuz its hot as heck. there is water in the oil. My cummins book should be here anytime. then i can start tearin apart stuff. Also there are 3 gaskets standard ,10 thousandths, and 20 thousandths. what one i get.

Go with the .020 to drop the compression. That'll make things easier on the motor.
Are you going to get the head o-ringed so this doesn't happen the next time you romp on it?

Yes. When you add fuel/timing/boost you should lower the compression to make things easier on the engine.
You either have to o-ring the head or put on a wastegated turbo. You are running too much boost for a stock gasket.
