Cheap electric fuel lift pump has anyone ever used one of these ?

Cheap electric fuel lift pump has anyone ever used one of these ?

I was talking to a Napa Manger we ended up on the subject of lift pumps and how one of the guys who used to run a shop in area used to use these pumps on our trucks

there for the chevy 6.5 and dont give out the volume needed to cool a VP44 and your mechanical LP on the 12V is superior and more reliable

Looks just like the one I use. A few years ago I had a problem that made me suspect my lift pump so I put my electric one in along the frame rail upstream of the mech lift pump. I forget if it helped or not, but I've found it convenient for purging out bad fuel, priming fuel filters, bleeding fuel lines and the like.
